Aims and Scope
Research in Foreign Language Teaching (RFLT) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing the understanding of English language teaching and learning. Published by the Department of English and Linguistics at the University of Kurdistan, Iran, RFLT serves as a platform for disseminating rigorous research and innovative practices in the field. The journal welcomes a broad spectrum of research methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches. Our goal is to publish high-quality empirical studies, meta-analyses, and systematic reviews that contribute significantly to the theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of language education.
RFLT focuses on, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Language skills and components: Reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation
